How are you doing coffee lover? Hope you had a nice week.

We have a short read, yet impactful one, for you today.

I ran out of a coffee beans recently, and while I was waiting for the new order to arrive, I though why not try something else.

I opened Blinkit1 and typed in "coffee beans" which led me to these Easy Pour packs from Blue Tokai.

"Why not?", was my immediate reaction.

In 15 minutes or so, I was brewing a cup with a Easy Pour packed cut open and put on a mug. You should try this {{ first name | my friend }}.

Coming to the taste, it's not bad at all. A lot less factors to tweak, I agree, but a mediocre cup without any equipment (you only need hot water) is good. When did speciality coffee become this easy to brew.

Cost per cup amounted to around ₹50 for this, which a bit higher compared to speciality coffee, but it's okay as you get to try it out before you invest on the equipment.

There are quite a few options in India.

Although, if you do plan to invest in the coffee equipment, French Press might be your best bet. We wrote Let's brew with the French press post to tell you how.

What’s brewing this week

My troubles went away as soon as I got these in the mail. Tried this Phenom today and I like it. I just made one brew with this and I should say it turned out well.

I tried a Lance 1-2-1 recipe for the v60 pour over. Going try a lot more and I will report back how it goes.

That’s all I have. Have a caffeinated weekend.

See you.

Keep on brewing!
